1) 
General Exhibitor Directory Listing - This listing in the BP Trade Show offers an opportunity for all Organizations involved in the Insurance/Benefits Industries to list themselves in this alphabetical directory.  Internet attendees to the Trade Show will be able to view this vendors information including: Logo, Company Name, Contact Name, Email Address, Phone, Fax Numbers, and a bulleted list of Programs, Products, and Services.  In addition, vendor website links will promote attendee contacts with listed vendors.  
                                                          
                                                        
2)  Specific Industry Directory Listing - These Directory Listings provide Trade Show attendees access to lists of specific Vendors: Carrier, Wholesaler, PA, Broker, Consultant, TPAs, Service Cos., etc.  Internet attendees to the BP Trade Show will be able to view the vendor information including: Logo, Company Name, Contact Name, Email Address, Phone, Fax Numbers, and a bulleted list of Plans, Products, and Services.  In addition, links will be provided to Plan or Service Directory Listings and the vendors website to promote attendee contacts with listed vendors. 
                                        
                                       

3)  Additional Specific Industry Directory Listings - These Directories provide BP Trade Show attendees access to additional industries in which a Company or Organization my offer Plans, Programs and/or Services. 
                                     
                                      

4) 
Specific Plan/Program/Service Directory Listing - This Directory provides Carriers, Wholesalers, PAs, Brokers, Consultants, TPAs, and/or Service Companies an opportunity to highlight their specific Plans, Programs, and/or Services.  BP Trade Show website attendees will be able to contact Vendors via links to websites or contact pages to meet their needs and price points.  As potential buyers utilize the BP Trade Show to build a "menu" of Insurance/Benefits related Plans, Programs, and/or Services, the listings will provide your Organization with tremendous exposure and increased sales.

Additional Specific Plan/Program/Service Directory Listings - Most Carriers make a selection of Plans, Products and Services available to Clients and potential Clients.  BP Trade Show wants to encourage Carriers to present a their full menu for the benefit of attendees.  For this reason we have discounted the price for additional listings!
                                     
 
                              
6)  Company Profile Page - This Profile Page - much like a booth at a traditional trade show - provides attendees vital information about your Organization - per your design.  Company Profile Pages should include essential information to building trust, establishing expertise, and differentiate your Plans, Products, and Services, including: Your Leadership Team, Ratings, How best to contact you, and a Direct Link to your website and Contacts.

Additional Company Profile Pages - Many Companies require multiple pages to provide Trade Show Visitors the information required to build trust and inform.  BP Trade Show wants to encourage Companies to present a complete overview of their organization.  For this reason we have discounted the price for additional pages!

Plan/Program/Service Profile Page - This Profile Page - much like Product or Service Brochures at a traditional Trade Show - provides attendees vital information about a specific Plan, Product and Service you offer.  Each Plan or Service Profile should include the features and benefits that differentiate your plan or service.  To create a cohesive marketing and selling strategy, these pages will be linked to all other pages specific to your Company and linked to your website.

Basic BenefitPlace Right Column Advertisement - Advertising on the right hand column of appropriate web pages can be extremely valuable to Companies in marketing their Plans, Programs, and/or Services.  As Employers, Employees, and Individuals arrive at the pages appropriate to their Research and "Search", through our utilization of SEO methodologies, they can be focused on by specific advertising to drive cost-effective sales.

Additional BenefitPlace Right Column Advertisements - Many Companies offer a variety of Plans, Programs, and/or Services.  Strategic placement of advertising on the appropriate pages will reach Employers, Employees, and Individuals to the Research Center - much like the placement of traditional advertising in media and on the Internet.

Basic BP Trade Show Right Column Advertisement - Advertising on the right hand column of appropriate web pages can be extremely valuable to Companies in marketing their Plans, Programs, and/or Services.  As Employers, Employees, and Individuals arrive at the Trade Show pages appropriate to their "Search", through our utilization of SEO methodologies, they can be focused on by specific advertising to drive cost-effective sales.

Additional BP Trade Show Right Column Advertisements - Many Companies offer a variety of Plans, Programs, and/or Services.  Placement of advertising on the appropriate pages will effectively reach visitors to the Trade Show - much like the placement of banners and other forms of visual advertising at a traditional Trade Show or on the Internet.

Display Advertisements - Both BenefitPlace and BP Trade Show will provide limited space for Companies to place Display Advertising.  Our staff, and affiliates, will work with your marketing people and advertising firms to establish the best placement to meet your needs, "Price Points" and to gain the greatest ROI.
                                      

15) 
Landing Pages - A BP Trade Show Landing Page provides your Company a time specific opportunity to promote a Plan, Program or Service.  It is a graphically rich presentation that represents a "Call to Action" such as encouraging a prospect to: become a client, make a purchase, provide information to become a qualified "opt-in" lead, announce a "special Offering" on a Plan, Program or Service, and/or to roll out a new or upgraded Plan, Product or Service.

16) Webinars & Podcasts - BP Trade Show will provide turn-key opportunities for your Organization to offer timely Webinars to Current and Potential Clients covering Benefits-Related topics. 

                                      
17)  Avatars - We, and our Affiliates, will work with you and your marketing group to assist in developing an Avatar to bring your BP Trade Show pages to life utilizing "Virtual Marketing/Sales Personalities.  Much like your Representatives at a traditional Trade Show the Avatar can speak for your Organization presenting details about your Plans, Programs, and/or Services.

                                             

18) 
Videos - We, and our Affiliates, will work with you and your marketing group to assist in developing Videos to bring your BP Trade Show pages to life.  Videos can be utilized to Build Value, Educate, Gain Trust and to convey your Organizations Mission & Focus. Videos can provide details about your Plans, Programs, and/or Services.


19-22)  Specials Packages - We have created several Discounted Packages that include a varied number of the above Exhibitor marketing options - as well as advertising choices for BP Trade Show and BenefitPlace.  The purpose of these packages is to assist Exhibitors in selecting the best mix of affordable marketing tool at different "Price Points" while maximizing exposure and achieving the greatest ROI.
                Explanations & Geographic Pricing Definitions

The increased prices for larger geographic areas reflect the reality that BP Trade Show and BenefitPlace will be limiting the number of potential Field Office Exhibitors by awarding Listing and Advertising Control to the Exhibitor's Headquarter Organization.  For example, unless permission is granted otherwise by the Exhibitor's Headquarters, BP Trade Show and BenefitPlace would be precluded from soliciting Field Offices throughout a selected Region for additional Listings and Advertising when a National Brokerage Firm becomes an Exhibitor.  Note:  It will be the responsibility of the participating Exhibitior Headquarter  Organization to notify its Management and Field Offices that the Headquarter Organization is the Decision-Maker with respect to Listings and Advertising with BP Trade Show & BenefitPlace.

Further, BP Trade Show & BenefitPlace Management is focused on providing a clear and consistent Buyer experience. It would be extremely confusing if each Field Office within a Exhibitor Organization's Distribution Channel were to market the same Plans, Programs, and /or Services as an independent Exhibitor. Why? For the potential Buyer, it would not be clear with whom they should be speaking or to whom they should direct their Inquiries and Business.  In addition, for the Exhibitor Organization, there would be no control over the Management of Prospects, Business or Service. 
       

                                Geographic Pricing Definitions

1*  Local Listings -  These prices are made available to Exhibitors who have a “Local” marketing “Foot Print” in a specific  metropolitan area.  Examples of Organizations qualifying for Local Pricing include local: Brokers / Agents, TPAs, Accounting Firms, Associations, etc. 

2*  State Listings - These prices are set for Organizations with offices or representation beyond the local level up to and including Statewide Offices. Examples of Organizations qualifying for State Pricing include: Larger Brokers/Agencies, TPAs, Enrollment Companies, etc.

3*  Regional Listings - These prices are set for Organizations with offices and divisions in multiple states which are not marketing on a National basis.  Organizations would include: Multi-State Brokerage Firms, Regional Insurers, & Consulting Firms with offices in the Northeast, Mid-West, Southeast, Southwest, Northwest, a Canadian Province, etc.

4*  National Listings - These prices are set for Organizations with a National presence.                                                   Organizations would include Insurance Companies, Brokerage Firms, TPAs, Enrollment Companies, Consulting Firms, etc. that are domiciled within a specific National entity, ie. United States, Canada, England, Mexico, etc.

5*  Global - These prices are set for Organizations that are Multinational.
